The Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) is now free of tropical cyclone. That's according to the Philippine, Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) as of today. The wrath of the tropical storm Ondoy (International code name: Ketsana) has now finally come to an end but a whole new life for thousands of affected people are just yet to start.
Looking at these devastating photos below, I wish to believe they are just scenes taken from a movie. But they're not. They're true to life scenes taken while these poor people were trying to rescue their own lives and survive from the surging flood waters caused by the tropical storm Ondoy that hit Manila last Saturday, 26th. Some lives were already wasted.

i am always saddened when i see pictures of that typhoon.. sobrang kalungkot lalo na ang mga news :(
