another tropical storm eyeing to enter PAR

I have watched the news last night and though the monstrous tropical storm Ondoy have already left the country, the huge damages it brought are still on the headlines. Sticky mud are now barefaced on the streets and residences after the flood water had gone down in most affected areas in Southern Luzon and nearby provinces. I've seen some residents dared to risk their health just to revive their mud-packed, foul-smelling houses trying to make it livable again.

As of current update from NDCC (National Disaster Coordinating Council) the death toll now rises to roughly 300 while the total infrastructure and agricultural damages already mounted to 2.4 billion pesos.

While people from different relief group continues to extend their help to the victims, the weather authority on the other hand forewarned the possibility of another storm to cross the country again anytime from today.

Meanwhile, here's the tropical storm advisory from PAGASA
THE TROPICAL STORM (International name PARMA){0917} WAS ESTIMATED AT 1,040 KMS EAST OF NORTHERN MINDANAO (09.1°N 136.5°E) WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF 95 KPH AND GUSTINESS OF UP TO 120 KPH. IT IS MOVING WEST NORTHWEST AT 22 KPH. THIS DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO ENTER THE PHILIPPINE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (PAR) THIS AFTERNOON AND TO TRACK WEST NORTHWEST IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF NORTHERN LUZON-TAIWAN AREA. HOWEVER, IT IS STILL TOO FAR TO AFFECT ANY PART OF THE COUNTRY.
